Our focus has always been and will continue to be on providing quality service for satisfied customers who will send us their friends and relatives.

  • We will advise sellers on market preparation home improvements that will lead to a faster sale and a higher price.
  • We will help buyers employ a negotiation strategy that will lead to obtaining the best home and the best price. Recently we won ten straight multiple offer presentations representing buyers.
  • We will show up on time for our appointment and we will tell the client the truth, even if that is not what he wants to hear. A client consultation doesn’t always lead to an immediate sale. Very often we will advise the client to refinance, repair or remodel if we feel that is in their best interest.
  • We will never ask a client to do something we wouldn’t do if we were in his or her place.
